• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory flow, conduct stock checks, and maintain accurate counts.
• Team Leadership & Workflow: Guide daily workflow, assign tasks, and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Safety & Quality Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe working environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Problem Solving: Address bottlenecks, shipping discrepancies, or inventory issues promptly.
