Job summary

FELLERS LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. You will implement safety policies, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, and strong organizational and communication skills. Local candidates preferred; on-site work in Grapevine, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Ecommerce and DC Replenishment Operations preferred.
• 5+ years in a warehouse environment; vinyl wrap industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff.
• Oversee inventory management and cycle counts.
• Handle receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs.
• Maintain records per company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze reports and drive improvements in operations.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
