Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.
• Fleet Management: Oversee drivers and fleet vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation operations.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and inventory transactions.
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to promote productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse while enforcing company safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Partner with logistics and other departments to ensure timely deliveries, address shipping issues, and optimize workflow.
• Customer Service: Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable warehouse and logistics operations that consistently meet customer needs.

Qualifications
