Job summary

Utz in Kings Mountain, NC seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and 3PL liaison. You will drive efficiency, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely product delivery while managing multiple shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, strong knowledge of WMS and KPI‑driven performance, and travel up to 50% to support other Utz locations. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and distribution across shifts.
• Lead materials management and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Supervise Warehouse Lead and Inventory Clerk/Specialist with coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to align with Utz standards.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, fill rates, on‑time delivery, productivity, and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize space, materials flow, and labor resources.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
