Job summary

Utz in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a results‑driven Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and 3PL coordination across all shifts. You will drive performance metrics, mentor team members, and optimize material flow to ensure timely product delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience, strong knowledge of WMS and KPI‑driven management, and the ability to travel as needed to support other Utz locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and distribution principles.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, materials, and inventory across multiple shifts.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management and KPI-driven performance management.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage all warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and distribution across multiple shifts.
• Lead Materials and Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, proper rotation, and availability to support production and distribution needs.
• Manage and Develop Team Members: Supervise Warehouse Lead and Inventory Control Clerk/Specialist with coaching and performance management.
• Manage 3PL Operations: Serve as primary contact for 3PL at Kings Mountain site, aligning with Utz standards.
