Job summary

Utz Brands, Inc. in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations, inventory control, and a 3PL partnership. You will guide shifts A-D, develop the team, and drive safety and efficiency throughout the facility.

This leadership role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, cycle counts, and on-time delivery. You will collaborate with production and logistics, travel up to 50% for best-practice sharing, and uphold Utz's commitment to quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Solid understanding of inventory control and distribution principles.
• Experience with 3PL providers is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse Operations: shipping, receiving, distribution across shifts A–D.
• Lead materials and inventory management with accuracy and rotation.
• Directly supervise Warehouse Lead and Inventory Clerk; coach and develop.
• Coordinate with 3PL operations and ensure Utz standards.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, fill rates, productivity, costs.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage space, inventory flow, and labor resources.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and site leaders.
