Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our Windsor, CO warehouse operations, overseeing two coordinators, managing kitting, picking, receiving, and cycle counts, and ensuring tight inventory control for field service teams.

You will drive process improvements as we rollout the RF Smart system nationwide. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with Supply Chain to uphold SOPs, accuracy, and efficient daily coverage while maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and forklift certification.
• 5+ years in warehousing or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC/electrical sectors.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration; OSHA LOTO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure materials are stored and labeled properly.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory in NetSuite and manage receiving against POs.
• Oversee two Warehouse Coordinators to ensure coverage.
• Drive process improvements and ERP implementations.
