Job summary

Jetson is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the Windsor, CO facility and support our growing HVAC/electrical contracting business across the US & Canada. You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure crews have what they need each day.

You will drive process improvements, maintain safety standards, and partner with Supply Chain and field teams to keep inventory accurate in NetSuite and ensure on-time material availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in warehouse management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• 5+ years in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain; HVAC/electrical or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven track record in warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills with ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; cross-functional teamwork.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard and LOTO safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled.
• Execute supplier pickups and returns as needed.
• Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs.
• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies.
• Handle warranty RMAs.
• Process vendor returns and coordinate credits.
• Record receiving activities in NetSuite.
• Ensure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system.
