Job summary

Jetson Home Inc. is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead our Windsor, CO warehouse operations, overseeing two coordinators, managing kitting, picking, receiving, and cycle counts, and ensuring tight inventory control for field service teams.

You will drive process improvements as we rollout the RF Smart system nationwide. Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with Supply Chain to uphold SOPs, accuracy, and efficient daily coverage while maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and forklift certification.
• 5+ years in warehousing or supply chain management, preferably in HVAC/electrical sectors.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration; OSHA LOTO knowledge.

• Ensure materials are stored and labeled properly.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory in NetSuite and manage receiving against POs.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a professional, results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our rapidly growing HVAC and electrical contracting company operating across the US & Canada. You'll be hands-on, taking part in all aspects of warehouse management for our Windsor, CO warehouse - actively kitting, picking, receiving, and performing cycle counts on the floor, while also overseeing two Warehouse Coordinators to ensure seamless coverage across the day and full inventory control for our field service teams.

You'll drive process improvement and operational excellence, including our ongoing rollout of the RF Smart system to enhance inventory accuracy, while helping us build smarter, more efficient systems as we scale. Working within a matrix structure, you'll report to the local General Manager while partnering closely with our Supply Chain team to keep warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and Standard Operating Procedures running smoothly.

What You Will Do:

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled
• Execute supplier pickups and returns as needed
• Manage material runs and garbage/recycling drop-offs
• Perform regular cycle counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Update inventory movements and adjustments in NetSuite
• Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies
• Handle warranty-related RMAs
• Process vendor returns and coordinate credits
• Accurately record receiving activities in NetSuite
• Ensure real-time inventory data and cycle counts are reflected in the ERP system

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management. Preferably in HVAC, electrical, or similar industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems with NetSuite experience preferable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standard
• Follows the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standard

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $71,000 - $88,000 per annum
