Job summary
Jetson seeks a results-driven Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, inventory control, material handling, picking, kitting, staging, palletizing, and loading across the US and Canada. This role ensures accurate materials reach field installation and service teams on time, while maintaining safety and organization.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in warehouse operations, forklift capability, and experience with WMS/ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent warehouse experience.
- 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling; HVAC/electrical/industrial okay.
- Forklift operation ability.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (receiving, adjustments, picking, transfers).
- NetSuite experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process returned materials from trucks and field teams.
- Verify incoming materials against documentation and system records.
- Unload, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, stage, kit, palletize, and load outbound materials for service and installation teams.
- Assemble accurate material kits based on installation/service requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and perform cycle counts.
