Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse and team operate at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the goal.
• Direct shipments and resolve logistical challenges with clients, sales, and providers.
• Promote daily Kaizen and 5 Why problem solving methodologies.
• Develop warehouse operation systems for handling, storage, and shipping protocols.
• Audit and report inventory; monitor workplace performance and safety.
