JOB DESCRIPTION

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations at our local market warehouse. You will be the owner of the space, receiving inbound products and equipment, organizing inventory, staging orders for the drivers, and keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, takes pride in their work, and wants a flexible part-time position (approximately 20-25 hours/week).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive,inspect,andputawayinboundshipmentsofJavaHouseproductsandwaterequipment
• Maintainaccurateinventorycountsandreconcilediscrepancies;merchandising,flagginglowinventoryoragingproducts
• Placesalesordersforproduct,andequipmentaccordingtoinventorydemands
• Pick,pack,andstagedailyordersfortheRouteSalesDriver
• Maintainaclean,organized,andsafewarehouseenvironment
• CoordinatewiththeAreaSalesManagerandRouteSaleDriverondeliveryschedulesandinventoryneeds
• Manageequipmentstorage,basicassettracking,andreturns/RMAhandling
• ProvidereportingupdatestoAreaSalesManagerandupper-management
• Providebackupdeliveryservicetothededicatedrouteintheeventthedailydeliverydriverisunavailable

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+yearsofwarehouse,distribution,and/orinventoryexperience
• Experienceusinginventorysoftware,Excel,Word,andOutlook
• Proficientwithpoweredandnonpoweredindustriallifts.Companycertificationprovided
• Abilitytoliftupto50poundsandstand/walkforextendedperiodsoftime
• Reliable,detail-oriented,andabletoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
