Guarantee Electrical Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping for the Manufacturing Department. You will ensure accurate materials, secure storage, and timely delivery while guiding a team and coordinating with Purchasing, Project Management, and field teams.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and adherence to 5S principles, with a focus on supporting the Industrial team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience coordinating with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Project Management, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align material readiness with production schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse layout and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
