Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations and supervise the warehouse staff. The role focuses on coordinating staff, scheduling, inventory control, and asset security to meet facility demands.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a warehouse setting, strong knowledge of inventory systems, and the ability to manage within budget constraints. This on-site position emphasizes safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• Experience managing supervisor level employees required.
• Minimum of 2 years managing in a warehouse/inventory environment preferred.
• Proficient in PC and database skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and people development skills required.
