Job summary

QUIRCH FOODS in Lebanon, TN is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Supervisor to manage receiving, inspection, and put-away of goods. You will oversee inbound operations, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead receiving staff, optimize labor schedules, collaborate with procurement and quality teams, and partner with IT to enhance inbound reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in warehouse or inbound logistics.
• Strong knowledge of receiving and inbound processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CLD Preferred

Responsibilities
