Job summary

quirchfoods is seeking a warehouse clerk to maintain shipping records, manage inventory, and process documents in our warehouse environment in the United States. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and teamwork to support timely order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, strong Excel and WMS/ERP familiarity, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics/inventory coursework a plus.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and WMS/ERP software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments with packing lists and POs.
• Assist inventory management by tracking stock levels and cycle counts.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in WMS/ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file documents for audits and compliance.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
• Complete clerical warehouse duties per company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documents in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare and file documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
