Quirch Foods is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage warehousing, procurement, and logistics functions at our Lakeland, FL location. The role oversees receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and coordination with 3PL partners to meet production and sales requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehousing activities, such as receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.

• Oversees and participates in negotiations with transportation companies, such as shipping lines, trucking lines, freight forwarders, and 3PL’s.
• Oversees and participates the design, development, and implementation of all materials systems.
• Works with other departments to plan present and future operational changes.
• Provides recommendations to resolve engineering, production, and technical problems.
• Participates in the research, development, and design of long-range strategic objectives.
