Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of materials, lead a team, and ensure safety and efficiency through standard procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required. A minimum of four years supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are expected; an associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage.
• Oversee materials received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and resolve issues timely.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
