Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping.
• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and logistics teams to synchronize operations and meet demand.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality control standards in a manufacturing warehouse setting.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or Manhattan Associates.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification.
