• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to implement and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team of warehouse personnel.
• Certification in APICS CSCP or CPIM preferred.
