Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with WMS and ERP software.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Strong lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour General Industry certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and storage capacity.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification for General Industry.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs)
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Project management experience (e.g., PMP certification)
