• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse personnel
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing warehouse setting
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
• Proficiency in using advanced WMS features for data analysis and optimization.
• Project management experience, particularly with facility upgrades or new technology implementation.
• OSHA 30-hour certification for General Industry.
