Job Overview

Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations at our stadium venue, supporting food & beverage operations, inventory management, and event execution. This role involves administrative duties such as purchase order creation, inventory tracking, and POS reporting, while leading a team in a fast-paced environment. The position is crucial for maintaining product flow efficiency, reducing waste, controlling costs, and ensuring operational readiness for events.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $27.00

Location and Venue

Subaru Park, Chester, PA, home of the Philadelphia Union MLS team, hosts various events year-round. Working here offers a dynamic environment supporting the community and sports fans.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage receiving, organization, and distribution of food, beverage, and supplies across stadium locations.
  2. Ensure timely, accurate product delivery based on event needs.
  3. Create, process, and track purchase orders.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform stock counts.
  5. Monitor product movement, address discrepancies.
  6. Supervise labeling, dating, and storage of products.
  7. Reconcile inventory with POS reports to support forecasting and waste reduction.
  8. Generate and analyze inventory and sales reports.
  9. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  10. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  11. Serve as opening or closing manager during events.
  12. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
  13. Coordinate with concessions, catering, and culinary teams.
  14. Work scheduled events, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
  15. Assist with financial reporting and documentation.
  16. Conduct end-of-day warehouse walkthroughs.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in foodservice, hospitality, or warehouse leadership; stadium/venue experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems, purchase orders, POS tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and warehouse environments.
