Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics with knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices in warehouse operations.
• Candidate must pass post-offer drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures for warehouse operations to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counting, and stock replenishment to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover, reporting to management.
• Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
