Job summary

Livework is seeking two Warehouse Managers (Day and Night shifts) to lead operations, oversee receiving, inventory, and shipping, and drive KPIs. You will manage staffing, training, performance, and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehousing, experience supervising 20+ staff, and familiarity with ERP systems. This on-site role offers strong leadership growth and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or distribution roles.
Experience supervising 20+ employees.
Background in electrical distribution or related wholesale is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop warehouse staff ensuring productivity, safety and accountability.
Oversee receiving, inventory, picking, staging, shipping and interbranch transfers.
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance reviews and corrective actions.
Maintain KPIs and scorecards; identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure inventory records accuracy through physical counts and discrepancy investigations.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
Enforce safety procedures and equipment standards.
Coordinate with branch leadership to support priorities.
Provide clear shift handoff and communication between day and night shifts.
