Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping and distribution.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff; assign workloads and set performance expectations.
• Manage inventory controls: cycle counts, reconciliations, stock replenishment, and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate orders, delivery schedules, pickups, transfers, and transportation to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory loss, equipment usage, and operating costs; implement cost-saving improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
