As a Warehouse Manager, you will

If you have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, including 3 years leading warehouse teams.
• Experience handling hazardous materials or operating in a regulated distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP or warehouse management system.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive refinish, coatings, chemicals, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
• Experience managing transportation providers or third-party logistics partners preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, or comparable training or certification preferred.

Pay transparency

Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $115,000 - $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
