Responsibilities

• Manage proper storage, picking, packing, and shipment of customer orders.
• Review and implement customer shipping requirements.
• Coordinate special shipments and complete all necessary documentation.
• Monitor and reconcile PS reports with inventory control.
• Reorganize warehouse areas as needed to improve efficiency.
• Assist Customer Administration and the Quality Manager in resolving shipping errors.
• Ensure on-time and accurate sample deliveries to customers.

About the Role

This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and overseeing all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and skilled in managing fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, stocking, and sample inventory.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assist with daily activities when needed.
