Atomic Recruitment SEA's client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume distribution hub in Dallas. You will oversee receiving, sorting, storage and dispatch, while driving productivity, accuracy, safety and service excellence across the facility.

You will coach and develop warehouse staff, monitor shift performance and staffing levels, implement best practices, and collaborate with transportation and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving operational KPIs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving using performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP, and Excel.

Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end operations at a high-volume distribution hub. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods through the facility while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, safety, and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution hub, ensuring efficient package receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, quality, and service level targets.
• Monitor workforce planning, staffing levels, and shift performance to meet operational requirements.
• Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse and logistics management to maximize efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with transportation, customer service, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of distribution activities.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including throughput, productivity, accuracy, on-time dispatch, and service levels.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory control processes and maintain high standards of operational accuracy.
• Support peak season planning, capacity management, and contingency planning to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse teams and achieving operational KPIs.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution processes, and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using operational performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
