Job summary

Dfass Group is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager in Houston to lead operational excellence and drive efficiency across inventory, shipping, and returns. You will oversee a disciplined team, manage costs, and ensure compliance with regulations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work varied hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of US Customs regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
