Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS/ERP systems and cycle counts.
• Enforce cold-chain and safety standards (FDA/USDA/SQF/HACCP) for food safety.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff and material handlers.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for shipping and receiving.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and OSHA safety compliance.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily logistics, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and cold-storage warehouse operations.

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Logistics Leadership: Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, raw material handling, finished-goods storage, and outgoing freight shipment.
• Inventory & Stock Accuracy: Maintain tight control over inventory levels using our WMS/ERP systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
• Cold Storage & Quality Compliance: Enforce cold-chain procedures to meet FDA, USDA, SQF, and HACCP standards for food safety and product integrity.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff, fork-truck operators, and material handlers while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Shipping & Receiving Logistics: Coordinate with freight carriers, drivers, and internal production teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and container loading efficiently.
• Safety & Maintenance: Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance (forklifts, pallet jacks, refrigeration units) and enforce OSHA safety regulations across the facility.
