Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager in Raleigh to lead daily operations and drive efficiency. You will manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries while mentoring staff and ensuring top service levels.

The role demands 5+ years of distribution leadership, strong safety and DOT knowledge, and proficiency with WMS/ERP systems. On-site, M-F schedule, direct-hire opportunity with room to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams through a hands-on management approach.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems and standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and DOT compliance.
• Experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.

This is a great opportunity in a fast paced environment for an energetic leader who enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations while improving efficiency and customer service. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-5pm Monday-Friday.
