Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate in the Morrisville area to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This contract-to-hire role on 1st shift involves order fulfillment, inventory control, receiving, and material handling.

You will operate forklifts and ERP systems, maintain records, and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Handle various shipments including small packages, larger orders, and LTL freight.
• Receive incoming materials and verify against PO and packing docs.
• Organize and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Use ERP/order processing systems to enter and manage order information.
• Work independently while collaborating with logistics team to ensure on-time processing.

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to join an established manufacturing company in the Morrisville area. This position will support daily warehouse and shipping operations, including order fulfillment, inventory, receiving, and material handling. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity working 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

• Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Handle a variety of shipments, including small packages, larger orders, and LTL freight
• Prepare products and materials for shipment while following established packaging and shipping procedures
• Receive incoming materials and check shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and packing documentation
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory throughout the warehouse
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Use ERP/order processing systems to enter and manage order information
• Assist with identifying and resolving inventory, order, or delivery issues
• Work independently while collaborating with the logistics team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking, or packing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable reading and understanding inventory records, shipping documents, work instructions, and other written materials
• Ability to learn and use ERP/order management software; SAP experience is a plus
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain company forklift certification
