Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager at PHL is responsible for the planning and execution of all ordering, inventory management, and product logistics for our airport restaurants and markets, in coordination with FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) management teams. Core duties include management of the purchasing/inventory/logistics team and using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the team by measuring inventory levels, reduction of waste, and an overall reduction in COGs.
