Job summary

Sherman's is hiring a Guest Advisor to help customers design spaces and find the right home solutions. This isn’t a traditional sales role; we reward integrity, teamwork and customer care in a Not Normal environment.

Starting pay is $25/hour during training with monthly and quarterly bonuses, then $20/hour with the same bonus structure. You’ll work a 4- or 5-day schedule, including weekends, with earlier Saturday/Sunday closings for more personal time.

$25/hour base pay, plus bonus opportunities

Schedule:

Ability to set a 4 or 5 Day Schedule (Weekends Required)

Hours:

Mondays - Fridays: 9:30am - 7:00pm

Saturdays: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Sundays: 10:30am - 5:00pm

Unpredictable Income? Buh-bye!

Start with guaranteed base pay of $25/hour while you train (first 16 weeks).
Most people are ready to hit the floor in 4–6 weeks, so you can start earning monthly and quarterly bonuses pretty quickly. No payback required for base pay. Your base is your safety net. Once your sales earnings go above your base pay, you keep the extra. That’s your bonus. After training for 16 weeks, you’ll move to $20/hour guaranteed base pay + the same monthly and quarterly bonuses. Stability with serious earning potential? Yes, please!

Brutal Retail Hours? Think Again!

You'll have the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work schedule. Weekends are part of the game, but we value your time. That's why we close up shop earlier on Saturdays and Sundays to give you more quality time outside of work. And Sundays? We even let you enjoy a leisurely morning – we open a bit later so you can have that full Sunday chill you deserve. Plus, you'll have the consistency of the same days off every week – no more constantly rotating schedules!
