Job summary

Southern Air of LA is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our HVAC and plumbing warehouse operations. You will coordinate scheduling, manage inventory, and ensure readiness of parts and materials for jobs.

The role requires handling refrigerant usage logs, organizing comprehensive job folders, and communicating via Service Titan and email. We offer competitive hourly pay and strong benefits, with opportunities for growth in a family-owned, stability-focused company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC & Plumbing warehouse and consignment operations.
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments.
• Provide weekly consignment updates, monitor inventory levels and order as necessary.
• Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse.
• Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log.
• Create and organize job folders with necessary documents.
• Verify changeout sheets with management and technicians.
• Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication.
• Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance.
• Assist with fleet maintenance and coordinate AirGas orders; operate a forklift.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage trash disposal schedules.
• Arrange dumpster pickups and oversee scrap material management.

What you will do:

• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments.


• Provide weekly consignment updates, monitoring inventory levels and ordering as necessary. Manage stock levels and organize parts and materials in the warehouse to meet demand.


• Secure and manage refrigerant usage, maintaining a usage log.


• Create and organize comprehensive job folders with necessary documents and materials.

• Utilize Service Titan and company email for job-related communication and information.


• Stage equipment and materials for jobs in advance, ensuring readiness.

Who you are:

• 1 3-5 Years warehouse or logistics experience preferred


• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record


• Ability to handle heavy equipment


• Forklift certification preferred


• Experience with inventory system preferred
