  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic used in inventory tracking, order processing, and shipping verification.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to follow and communicate written and verbal instructions clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems and basic computer functions.
  • Ability to work overtime as business needs require.

  • Supervise, schedule, train, and support forklift operators and warehouse employees.
  • Oversee daily receiving, stocking, inventory rotation, order selection, staging, and shipping activities.
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure finished production runs are stocked accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate FIFO inventory rotation and help investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure outbound orders are selected, verified, and prepared accurately for company transportation, third-party carriers, and will-call customers.
  • Monitor warehouse and grounds conditions to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train employees on safe work practices, equipment procedures, sanitation standards, and applicable warehouse policies.
  • Plan and monitor daily work assignments, staffing needs, productivity, attendance, and job performance.
  • Promote standards of professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and all requirements related to employee safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Reports food safety and quality concerns to the key personnel that has the documented authority to initiate corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
