Exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Manager in Kansas City, KS!

Position Description :

• Ownership of Warehouse & Distribution of the branch
• Safety
• Ensures that facility functions, such as receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance and storage of products are operating correctly and within company standards and policies
• Shipment
• Continually evaluates internal process and materials to improve the control of inventory
• Conducts regular cycle counts as per the established schedules and expectations
• Team & Individual Development
• Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Partners with the Transportation Manager to ensure that delivery personnel comply with all DOT regulations and company E-log policies

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State driver's license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Minimum of 3 plus years as a warehouse manager or supply chain experience
• Understanding the daily interaction of how Warehousing and Distribution works with a Customer Experience Team
• Leadership
• Experience operating a forklift
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• An energetic, hands-on, lead-by-example outlook with an entrepreneurial mindset
