Job summary

Thrift World in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will lead a small team, ensure safe, efficient handling of materials, and maintain high standards of organization.

Responsibilities include scheduling bale creation, coordinating with export trucks, maintaining inventory and BOL paperwork, and conducting monthly safety meetings to protect staff and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required (certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Leadership skills with experience managing employees preferred.
