Job summary

Diverzify is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvements. You will drive efficiency, safety, and quality across a fast-growing network of locations in the U.S.

Lead strategy development, leverage SAP/RFMS, and mentor teams to achieve peak productivity while maintaining strict safety standards and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Typically, bends, stoops, and/or crouches regularly from various heights to stock or remove products.
• Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible schedule.
• Forklift Certification.
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including but not limited to SAP and RFMS.
• Strong safety culture.
• Proven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Manager is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations within the warehouse. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, such as inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse management preferred
• Forklift Certified Trainer preferred
