Job summary

Diverzify+ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inventory and order fulfillment at our distribution sites. You will review orders, pull products, prepare shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include locating materials, tracking balances, coordinating with purchasing and accounts payable, performing cycle counts, and operating warehouse equipment in a safe environment. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse.
• Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading.
• Issue materials to installers and help load.
• Maintain inventory balances and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate material authorizations with purchasing and accounts payable.
• Keep warehouse organized and clean; operate warehouse equipment.

Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Check-in and organize materials that come into the warehouse
• Mark the locations of the materials on the bills of lading
• Issue materials to installers for jobs and help load
• Keep track of any material balances left in the warehouse for a job
• Coordinate material authorizations with the purchasing agent and accounts payable
• Conduct periodic inventories/cycle counts
• Secure warehouse building and clean warehouse office
• Organize the warehouse and put away materials
• Maintain a neat and uncluttered warehouse
• Occasionally pick up materials from vendors
• Order supplies as needed
• Maintain company grounds
• Maintain warehouse equipment (i.e., forklift)
