Job summary

Diverzify Pro, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory, review orders, assign staff to pick products, and prepare orders for distribution at our Itasca, IL facility.

You will ensure records are accurate, enforce safety guidelines, and help unload/load trucks while maintaining neat staging areas and efficient processes. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with forklift experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to climb steps and regularly bend, stoop, and crouch to stock or remove products.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with loading/unloading of trucks, ensuring materials are secured per safety standards.
• Pull materials according to picking tickets and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Organize outbound material in proper staging areas and restack as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate manpower in the warehouse to complete daily tasks or special projects.

Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for tracking warehouse inventory and ensuring products are shipped out properly. On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, designate staff to pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and that employees follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring materials, supplies and equipment are loaded in the proper order and secured according to safety standards.
• Properly pull materials according to picking tickets by checking manufacture tags, warehouse tags and using logic and problem-solving skills when a problem should arise.
• Verify all outbound orders for accuracy.
• Organize outbound material in proper staging areas; this frequently includes restacking materials from larger pallets onto smaller pallets.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, staging areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform simple math conversions to understand units of measure.
• Coordinate manpower in the warehouse to complete daily tasks or special projects.

Qualifications

• Steel toe or composite toe boots are required.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience preferred.
