Diverzify+ is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize productivity, and ensure cost-efficient fulfillment. You will lead inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvements to support our growing warehouse network.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely execution. Responsibilities include developing strategies to streamline workflows, driving safe practices, and maintaining high quality standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving.
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible schedule.
• Forklift Certification.
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including SAP and RFMS.
• Strong safety culture.
• Proven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Manager is responsible for the oversight of the daily operations within the warehouse. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and execution of warehouse operations to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, such as inventory control, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement. You'll develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, enhance safety measures, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing/receiving
• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Typically, bends, stoops, and/or crouches regularly from various heights to stock or remove products.
• Must be able to support operational needs and have a flexible schedule
• Forklift Certification
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution
• Proficiency in data entry and warehouse management software including but not limited to SAP and RFMS
• Strong safety culture
• Proven experience in driving safe work practices in a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years in warehouse management preferred
• Forklift Certified Trainer preferred
• Flooring knowledge preferred
• Experience managing multiple warehouses
• Experience in providing safety training
