Job summary

Diverzify+ is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to track inventory and ensure orders are shipped properly. You will review orders, designate staff to pull products, prepare orders for distribution, and verify accuracy and timeliness.

You will keep inventory records up-to-date and enforce safety guidelines throughout the warehouse. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted.
• Steel toe or composite toe boots are required.
• Experience with warehouse inventory and order fulfillment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring materials, supplies and equipment are loaded in the proper order and secured according to safety standards.
• Properly pull materials according to picking tickets by checking manufacture tags, warehouse tags and using logic and problem solving when a problem should arise.
• Verify all outbound orders for accuracy.
• Organize outbound material in proper staging areas; this frequently includes restacking materials from larger pallets onto smaller pallets.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, staging areas, and workstations neat; maintain clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform simple math conversions to understand units of measure.
• Coordinate manpower in the warehouse to complete daily tasks or special projects.

On a daily basis, you will review the orders that need to be filled, designate staff to pull products from the shelves, prepare orders for distribution, and check to make sure the orders are completed accurately and on time. You also will ensure that inventory records are up-to-date and that employees follow all safety guidelines and procedures throughout the warehouse.

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience preferred.
