Job summary

Uneekor Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the Dallas–Frisco area to optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory in a hardware/tech environment. You will coordinate with suppliers, manage production schedules, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred), and strong project management. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to support launches and inventory

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, production schedules, lead times, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory and assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including freight, shipping documentation, customs, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory movements and address shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, and supplier data in the ERP system.
• Monitor supply chain performance through key metrics (inventory, lead times, order fulfillment, supplier performance).
• Identify potential supply chain risks and work with partners to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to support launches, forecasts, and inventory requirements.
• Support procurement activities, including supplier research, PO management, pricing analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist with supplier negotiations and contract management as needed.
• Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems improvements.
• Assist with inventory planning for new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations, preferably within a hardware, technology, consumer products, or manufacturing environment. The Supply Chain Manager will also identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and other supply chain partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding purchase orders, production schedules, lead times, and product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including freight, shipping documentation, customs, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory movements and work with internal teams to address shortages, excess inventory, or other supply issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier information within the company’s ERP system.
• Monitor supply chain performance through metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to support product launches, sales forecasts, and inventory requirements.
• Support procurement activities, including supplier research, purchase order management, pricing analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist with supplier negotiations and contract management as needed.
• Develop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and other performance tracking tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support the evaluation and improvement of ERP, inventory management, and supply chain systems.
• Assist with inventory planning for new product introductions and product lifecycle changes.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing or coordinating supply chain activities within a hardware, technology, consumer products, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and other external business partners.
• Working knowledge of procurement, inventory management, manufacturing coordination, and domestic/international logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems; NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with supply chain planning, inventory management, or procurement software is preferred.
