Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to join one of our retail home store teams, where your organisational skillsand proactiveapproachwillmakea crucial contributionto selling ourpre-loveditems.

Our Warehouse Managers work alongside the management team to deliver keyobjectivesand ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe & productive working environment.

Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume ofcollections,deliveriesand donations, it isphysically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fundlife savingresearch.

What are we looking for?

  • You willbe an experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail,hospitalityor another customer focusedindustry
  • Desirablebut not essentialto have stock managementexperience

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

This role is full time working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract
