Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain operations or related field.

• Maintain Defective Allowance and Tariff Relief.
• Send reroute requests to vendors and track Air shipments.

Job description

Our retail client is looking for a Production Coordinator. This is a remote assignement (must work East Coast hours), 3+ months with potential to extend.

What You’ll Do

• Review and log daily invoices (Packing list avg. of 100 invoices per week)
• Verify requesting (where missing) 8-point checklist and container photos.
• Maintain Defective Allowance and Tariff Relief.
• Send reroute requests to vendors and repull updated purchase orders to resend back.
• Send Air requests, track Air shipments and maintain Lovesac Air files.
• Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain operations or related field.
