Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will assist the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) management team with warehouse operations, including inventory management, fleet management, safety management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving deliveries and ensuring proper warehouse rotation of products.
2. Assisting the Operations Manager with daily inventory counts and tracking.
3. Overseeing operational activities in the absence of the Operations Manager and managing warehouse access and security.
4. Managing warehouse rotation of products to implement FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy.
5. Coordinating fleet vehicle schedules and routine maintenance.
6. Inspecting and reporting on fleet conditions weekly.
7. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and overall condition.
8. Ensuring nightly loading processes comply with policies.
9. Assisting with cleaning, repackaging, and circulation of products.

Safety responsibilities include:

1. Creating a safety culture through education and training.
2. Advising leadership on safety compliance and preventative actions.
3. Following accident and injury reporting procedures.
4. Inspecting working conditions for compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
