Position: Manager – Warehouse Ops
Salary Range: $66,161.42 – $79,712.56 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Now, we’re looking for a Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead the heart of our logistics—our warehouse—with strategic precision and a people-first approach.
As Manager – Warehouse Ops, you will report to the Regional Manager of Warehouse Operations and work cross-functionally with discipline managers and directors to deliver operational excellence aligned with our client experience. You will:
Warehouse Leadership & Daily Operations
Plan, manage, and improve day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Lead inventory control, productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention
Guarantee show readiness and timely project delivery and returns
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure all tools, fleet, and equipment are in working condition
Support long-term operational planning and process enhancement
Improve systems that drive performance reporting, workflow, and business continuity
Collaborate with the National Manager of Warehouse Ops to refine QC and operational practices
Champion a proactive safety culture; oversee safety audits, training, and compliance
Ensure vehicle fleet and staff meet DOT regulations
Promote a “focus on the problem, not the person” approach to operational issues
Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and compliance
Build staff development programs for quality, safety, technical mastery, and career advancement
Foster strong relationships with team members and clients
Inventory & Asset Control
Manage annual inventory and monthly cycle counts
Ensure accurate return of all show orders; follow up on missing items
Administer audits and resolve inventory-related conflicts
Proven leadership experience in warehouse or logistics management
Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
Data-driven problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with DOT regulations, safety standards, and inventory systems
