Job summary

• Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste.
• Partner cross-functionally to align operations with transportation, inventory, and customer service needs.

Salary Range: $76,285 to $114,428 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Warehouse Manager, you will assist with overall warehouse operations including achieving goals in safety, service levels, damage, costs, personnel, and staffing. This position also coordinates warehouse activities between all shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

YOU MUST HAVE

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

• Working knowledge of distribution or warehouse processes or systems
• Ability to function in a multi-task environment.
• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Supervision- Responsible for all material handlers, leads, trainers and shift managers.
• Schedule- Full-Time; Monday - Friday Nights (Ability to work flexible hours as needed based upon facility needs).
• Travel- Approx. 2-3 times per year to company meetings and planning events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction.
